Development Description
Located just 20 minutes from the amazing beaches of the Costa Blanca and only 5 minutes from the ancient city of Orihuela, Rafal is a growing town, full of colour and life, with a history set in market gardening and a multicultural population. The town has long been investing in modern facilities and offers a great choice of restaurants and bars, shops and supermarkets—everything you could need for day-to-day living. The weekly street markets are particularly popular, mainly due to the huge choice and high quality of the goods on offer, the fresh fruit and vegetables, and the bustling culture of Spain’s street markets, which creates a very friendly and inclusive atmosphere. We listened to our clients in choosing the location and designing the layout of the development, which resulted in offering high-quality, single-level, detached homes on the edge of the village, with views over the surrounding countryside and the town park—giving a relaxed and peaceful setting, but with everything you need still close at hand.
